Incredible $30 Cartography Software Bundle Is a Virtual Tabletop GM's Dream

Following a short availability back in April, this cartography software collection is back with an encore that lasts until Dec. 2. Described as a "treasure trove of assets and apps" created by a specialized software company throughout their history, the entire collection carries a value of more than thirteen hundred dollars. Primary Feature

The standout feature is certainly a lifetime license for Campaign Cartographer 3+, an industry-standard mapping application which enables users to generate various types including fantasy overworld maps, detailed regional charts, urban layouts, and most notably, tactical combat environments.

Package Levels

Basic Package

The most affordable option, starting at just one dollar, includes only four of the 39 total items: Fantasy Overland Symbol Collection, Token Treasury: Monsters 1, Castle Source Maps, and Source Maps: Cities!. This package suits cartographers who already have CC3+, but it does offer fresh fantasy design elements for landscape mapping, over seven hundred fifty creature tokens compatible with online gaming platforms, over twenty-five aerial castle designs with 470 associated map tokens, eight complete urban centers, plus seventy-plus building interiors.

Intermediate Package

The eight-item bundle starting at fifteen dollars is where things get more interesting through inclusion of permanent CC3+ access, the first Annual volume, Tome of Ultimate Mapping, Isometric Cities Symbol Pack. The Annual represents the yearly bundle from ProFantasy's ongoing subscription program which includes a variety CC3+ add-ons like map collections and additional utilities. Isometric Cities lets you display cities with an extra dimension with isometric views from all sides. And the Tome of Ultimate Mapping comprises 760 pages for beginners and "power users" alike, packed with guidance and instructions covering cartography techniques.

Every volume of Cartographer's Annual are included here, plus numerous other resource and asset packs enabling creators to design entire planets or galaxies, or focus exclusively on traditional fantasy world-building: battle maps, underground complexes, cities, and land masses in multiple viewpoints. Users can also create character portraits. At thirty versus fifteen dollars, the complete collection is so worth it, particularly for mappers who have only the annual CC3+ license seeking permanent licensing. But it's obviously an even better deal for map-making newbies considering you even get the beginners' tutorials to help you get started. The one caveat here is that while the purchase is available across platforms, the software is only usable on Windows.
